Lipat perut

As far as i could remember, masa zaman kegemilangan remajaku di sekolah menengah, my average weight was 50kg...atau lebih. Haha. 50 je kot... xpernah lebih rasanya. Ehem. But I was happy the way I was. Chubby and kiyut sangat! Hahaahahahha.. Bestnye puji diri sendiri.

Pada suatu hari, ditakdirkan aku belajar di IPG. Masa tu kire macam da dewasa sikit la. Mula prihatin terhadap kegendutan diri. I tried to diet. Eat oat, Eat less of other food, jarang makan malam. Tapi tak jalan. Gendut kekal gendut. Maka, aku pasrah. Terima diri seadanya. Aku pon mula la makan macam biasa. No control-control.

One day, someone that i haven't seen for a long time came up to me and said "Eh, dah kurus la. Diet eh?" I was like.... errrrr????? Bile masa plak aku kurus? Bile masa plak aku diet? Dengan berhemahnye aku berkata "Eh, takde laaa, biase2 jee"


After that incident, semakin ramai yang berkata macam tu. They said, I was getting skinnier and the weight loss was noticable. Aku semakin pelik. Aku makan je macam biase. Takde control-control pon. Nak kate aku exercise, swimming atas tilam je every afternoon. Pelik pelik. Kurus sangat ke aku masa tuh yang sampai ramai nak tegur? Sebab aku tak rasa pon diri aku kurus masa tu. Aku rasa macam I was still the old me. Takde rasa ringan pon!! Then i got on the scale, and i was quite astonished! quite la... Nak kate lose banyak tu xde la, but my weight then was 45kg. A weight that was hard fo me to reach when i was on diet. Dulu paling banyak turun pon 47kg jeh. Ok, so i was 45kg, xdela banyak sgt difference, tapi apasal ramai sgt yg tegur... hmmmm... But, the only difference yg I noticed was, aku rasa aku dah tak sekuat dulu dari segi physical. Dulu, I can open a brand new bottle of chilli sauce on my own, tp sejak "kurus" I can't anymore. Banyak lagi la botol, jars that I cant open. Need people's help.


But that was all in the past. Awal tahun ni, aku dapat rasakan berat badan aku semakin naik balik. Why? Because, everytime i sit down, aku dapat rasa lipatan2 di perut tu terhasil. Sometimes 2 folds, sometimes 3 folds. Haahahhaha, tengok!! Boleh kire tuh! Lepas tu yang lagi menyedihkan, kalau pakai baju kurung tuh, teramatlah seksanya. Baju no hal, kain yang problem. Kain tuh kan semi-elastic kan kat area pinggang, bile pakai, masyaAllah. Perut rase perit sangat! When taken off, habis berbekas dan kemerahan perut shaye yg gebu ini.. hahahahahha... Kalau duduk mase wearing the kain, rase macam nak meletup perut tuh. My problem is, bile berat naik, the first part dia attack is the tummy. So, area lain sume still in good shape, only perut je naik. So, ble pakai kain, kat perut je seksa. Kalau pakai t-shirt, jelas kelihatan perut yang chomels ini terjojol kehadapan. Sadis.. Sadis... And, typical friends, bila kurus ditegur, bile gemuk pon, haruslah ditegur jugak kan... Hahahahahah.....

Nak dijadikan cerita, kali ni I'm determine to lose some weight. Kalau tak lose pon, at least, buang this excess fat around my tummy. Buruk seyhhhh~~ Rasa sangat tak selesa okeh carrying this around! So, I google2 around for the best solution and many recommend aerobic activity. Dengan penuh semangatnye, aku search kat youtube for aerobic workouts.. Meeeeemaaaaang banyakkkk sangat. Rambang mata tak tau nak choose yang mana.. Hahahha... Ade yang 20 mins, ade yang 30 mins, ade yang almost an hour! After jumping from one vid to another, I found the best video for me.. It's about 38 mins long, and quite entertaining. I like it because, it has like a dance background to it. Takdela straight forward aerobic routine that will bore me to death. Sebenarnya, while I'm typing this entry, video tu sedang di download. Tu yang rajin aku type pepanjang ni, nak tunggu vid je sebenarnya. Haha. Tinggal 4 mins je lagi.

Tak saba nak beraerobic. Tapi skang ni patutnya my swimming on mattress exercise. Klu tengok video saje, boleh kurus dop????


p.s: Someone said to me ages ago, "Jangan kurus sangat, nanti kepala lagi besar dari badan"

Setakat yang akak kenal... aina tak pernah gemok pun.. maintain kurus dan cun.. hehe.. =)

teringat zaman maktab dulu... akak pernah gain dari 6Okg lebih sampai dekat 80kg...
huduh benar rasenya...
final year mmg tanam azam yg kuat, sampai boleh turun jadi 54kg statik.. tak boleh turun lg..

Nak tahu ape rahsia..?
1) final year mmg buzy, tak sempat nak fikir pasal makan sangat...]
2) kurangkan pengambilan makanan terutama nasi... makan lauk je lebih. akak makan nasi sekali sehari je, sekali makan satu/setengah senduk je.
3) waktu malam mkn biskut/oat/sup sayur/ jenis2 bihun sup camtu
4) exercise.. part ni paling malas. tapi akak dulu attend kelas silat 2 kali seminggu kat maktab tu.. (ade lg ke kelas ni?. masa tu memang berpeluh habis.. pastu akak saje sapu cili krim kat perut nak bagi perut kempis... haha
5) weekend akak pergi jogging kat stadium tu.. (dating sebenarnya...haha)

Saje je nak kongsi dgn aina... rindu zaman kurus... sekarang dah gain weight yang berganda-ganda.. huhu.
selamat berdiet ye aina...

ok2, aina balas:

1)final year mmg bz, tp final year ni la berat aina makin naik! hahahahah

2)nasi mmg makan biasa2 je, junk food yg byk!! tu yg wat lagi plumpy tuhhh

3) bab makan malam ni leceh sket, sbb dok rumah sewa kan.. kene la makan ape yg housemates masak. huhu

4)exercise!! this i will do... bout the silat, still ade lagi kat maktab :P

5) jogging?? sgt malas... i prefer swimming di tilam. hahahahahah...

ala, akak gain weight skang ni pon sbb beby kan... klu tak, maintain 54 uuuu~~~~
